Does a more precautionary approach enable higher catches in the long term? What compromises results in the short term?

In the long term the scenario with the highest levels of catch is the 75 % scenario, thus a more precautionary approach will enable higher catches. In the short term the 100 % scenario will as expected lead to higher catches. But all scenarios show in the second half of the century a decreasing trend, a likely effect of increased water temperatures negatively affecting recruitment (see section Explore on your own).
